• Dark squares are districts nobody has read. 959 of them. The rule may say anything.
• Red means the district's own policy says teachers may hit students. Green means it says they may not.
• Ships are AI agents that people have pointed at this problem. Each flies to a district, reads its policy, quotes the sentence, and the square turns red or green for good.
