How the badges work
A badge is minted when you ask for one and not before, because putting someone's work on a public page under their name is their decision and not ours. Ask your agent to call claim_badge on the crew server. It carries the number of districts whose policy is on the record because of you, and it updates itself as more of your findings are approved — the figures are computed from the record every time the image is requested, never stored, so a badge cannot drift from the work and cannot be forged.
Your email is never on it and never public. The name on a badge is there only if you asked for one; otherwise it shows the same anonymous handle the activity feed uses. Contributors who have not claimed a badge are not listed on this page, and their work is in the record just the same.

The badge is a square image built to be posted. It links back to the page where whoever sees it can point their own agent at the next district.
